In cooperation with KBK Visuals we were given the opportunity to use this famous organ that live at Het Concertgebouw in Amsterdam as a canvas for a live visual performance. The organ was built in 1890 by Utrecht based organ builder Michael Maarschalkerweerd and Dolf van Gendt. In 1990 the organ was disassembled and fully restored and resurrected again by 1993, and brought to life by us. We used most of the visible elements (the pipework, facade etc) as visual rhythmic tools to visualise the music played during the event.
